Carla’s Cafe

Short introduction about one more very important person at Carla’s Cafe: Sabine, my beautiful wife – who is living as a painter here in Vienna at Carla’s Cafe….

She especially concentrates on oil painting that she calls ‘contextual painting’.

Next week her painting ‘ANGST’ (German for ‘heavy fear’) leaves our place – a wonderful nude portrait in black & white – painted in oil – dimensions about 120 x 100 centimeter.

Don’t worry – you do not only have to imagine about the painting – here comes a photo:

Last weekend we were celebrating Kurt & Karin’s (K&K) birthday – Kurt had his 40th birthday…by the way happy birthday once again ;-)

…and Kurt – happy birthday too…
K & K do have a wonderful estate in Upper Austria near Ried im Innkreis – about 3 hours driving from Vienna at the country side – horses, dogs, cats – its all there….

After weeks of working on it now it became reality – the Carlas Cafe music-on-cards system is finished and available on the Carlas Cafe Website in the right top area of www.carlas-cafe.com.

The idea is simple: we provide a download bundle of high quality mp3 songs for listeners (full album ‘last years diary’) as well as for promotion (3 songs of ‘last years diary’) – both packs including album cover, band photo & band info embedded within a zipped download file.

Yesterday we met on Eva’s roof garden to have a picnic – weather was not that fine as needed but lots of friends where around and we had a really good time – thanx for joining us to everybody…
